What I love most about my job…

I love that I get to do what I love the most - which is teaching young children! There is nothing better than seeing the wonder in a child's eyes as they learn and discover new things.

Knowing that I have a classroom full of sweet kids that are waiting for me each day, ready to learn and be loved!

My prayer each day…

My everyday prayer for my students is that they will feel loved, valued and safe while in my care. I pray that they will learn and know the love of Jesus and be able to share that love and joy with others.

A little more about me:

This is my 21st year to teach preschool. I have always taught 2-3 year olds. I absolutely love this age because of all of the growth and development that takes place as the year progresses.\n\n I have been married to my husband Mike for 31 years. We have two adult children, Matt and Katie. \n\nIn my spare time, I enjoy watching tv and movies, traveling, spending time with my family and three dogs and doing crafts of any kind.\n\nI love all things dogs, Disney and Pete the Cat!
